New course site to show my courses and the course catalog

As a new entry point, the user should see a list of his courses and the course catalog. The goal of this issue is to move this functionality from the repository site to its own site.

The new site uses a segmented view to switch between the following items:

• my favored courses
• my courses
• the course catalog

The new layout of the course listing is not part of this issue, this will follow in milestone 2.
