Personal learning diaries and course element learning diary (using blogs)

Learning diaries are a useful to to reflect the learning process. It should be available as a tool.

• Course element "Learning diary":
• "Start diary" button will create a personal blog associated with this course element
• Write access to this diary only when course node is accessible, read access otherwise
• Coach / Author has list of diaries that he can review
• Configuration option to make diary visible to other course members or not
• In home, new element "Diary"
