      Description

When using LTI, the author can define which user attributes are transmitted to the LTI tool provider. The user is not aware of this data transmission. There is a debug menu that can be enabled, however this looks ugly and contains all kind of data that should not be exposed to the users and very technical.

Goal is to have a dialog the first time the user launches the resource where he explicitly has to accept the data transmission. This acceptance is stored in the properties table. Whenever the author changes the to be transmitted user attributes, the user has to be asked again.
