The idea is to rewrite the part of the setupDatabase.sql related to index and foreign keys. MySQL create by default an index for every foreign key. For PostgreSQL and Oracle, it's best practice to do it but the databases won't do it automatically.
The task is in three parts:
1. Reorder the list of foreign keys and index per tables for all 3 databases.
2. Add an index for every foreign keys
3. Add missing index to the update script of PostgreSQL and Oracle
