Link in assessment mode doesn't work

In a running assessment there is a link to the course module displayed, if the configuration is set to "Zugriff auf Kursbaustein einschränken". Clicking on the link refers to "Javascript:;" but nothing happens.

Also the status in German is displayed as "Gestart". Would be better to name it "Gestartet".

The display of the green area of the assessment mode isn't updated automatically. Also a refresh of the URL or a double click on tab Assessment mode doesn't help. The only option is to click on the test in the structure again and then press on tab assessment mode again. Maybe this can be changed that a click only on the tab assessment mode will update the content?
