Description

With 00-5616 we added support for tab navigation in forms. Since the QTI infrastructure does not the use the standard OpenOlat forms, the improved tabbing support in the file upload test items does not work.

The goal of this issue is to implement the same tabindex style in the QTI test item as in the file upload form item.
