Course member management: Created group not linked to the course

How to reproduce:

• Open course members management in a course with no linked group
• Click "Groups" in navigation
• Click the coloured button "Create group" in the empty state view
• Follow the dialog to create a group and finish
• NOK: The group is not automatically linked to the course
• For comparison: If clicking the button "Create group" on the upper right, the group is linked to the course.
