QTI: improve positioning of hot-spots for better layouting

To define hotspots in an image, squares and circles are drawn. The placement and definition of the size is determined with the mouse.

New: elements can now be aligned horizontally or vertically copied with a button. This makes it possible to create identical shapes and position them in a visually appealing way.
