Tool to create temporary users

In the user management a new tool is implemented to create temporary users. The tool is triggered from the user management tool bar where the normal user-creation workflow is located: 

• Step 1: configuration
  • Define the number of user-accounts
  • Define prefix for the mandatory fields username, first name, last name
    • e.g. ooguest01
    • since the system can operate without email we do not generate a pseudo email (does it make sense?)
  • Define the expiration date / days before expiration (optional)
• Step 2: validation 
  • Check if user do not already exist
  • Show table with the generated users, mark the duplicates that do already exist and will not be generated
• Step 3: generation
  • Generate the users with random passwords
  • Create an excel file that contains the usernames and passwords and start download
