Improve visual style of coach-publish status for resources

The coach-publish status of courses and other learning resources is a bit problematic: 

• is is green, but not the same green as published
• it has the same icon as published

This is as designed as it is just a substatus of published. In practice the two look very similar. Since users do not read text, the only real differentiation has not much effect. 

Modifications

• user dedicated coach icon
• use dashed border to have a second visual element
