Notification "Test executed" if user confirms the course element

The coach is notified about the execution of a test when the participant confirms the course element even if the participant has not done the test yet.

Precondition:

• Course Element "Test"
• Learning path completion criterion: Confirmation by participant.

How to reproduce

1. Coach subscribes to "Notification regarding new test results of this course" in the assessment tool
2. The participants confirms the course element
3. NOK: The coach is notified about the execution of a test.
