Assessment mode: handle users of different groups separately

How to reproduce

• Create a course with a test course element
• Add group A with user aa and group B with user bb
• Create assessment mode 1 for group A and assessment mode 2 for group B. The wo assessment mode must have overlapping times, e.g.
  • 1: 13:00 - 13:30
  • 2: 13:10 - 13:45
• Login with user aa and bb while assessment runs
• NOK: at 13:30 when assessment mode 1 for group A and user aa is finished, user bb is kicked out of his test.
• OK: The assessment mode 2 is still running and user bb can resume, but 

Expected behavior

• Overlapping assessment modes for distinct user groups should not affect each other

Not supported

• Multiple active assessment modes in the same course for the same users are not supported. E.g. when user bb would also be in group A.
