Show score/passed in my courses even if no efficiency statement is available

The score and passed in "my courses" are taken from the efficiency statements. If the efficiency statement is disabled, no values are displayed.

The score and passed should be taken fom the assessment entries (like the progress) to always see a value if a course has assessable course elements.
