      Description

      The result of the rule "Only in assessment mode" + "Visible if the results are visible" is not predictable on a structure course node.
      "Visible if the results are visible" need to be calculated from the list of test defined in the calculated passed / failed or from the child nodes under the structure.

      Attention! This implied an other change in 15.0. The rule will check if the node assessment is at least started.
