Lectures cockpit: Wrong icon displayed when closing lectures at once

How to reproduce:

• As coach open the Coachingtool --> Lectures --> Cockpit.
• Choose multi-lectures recording for the morning.
• Select one participant and record excused absences for all lectures. Save.
• Click on "Close lectures".

NOK: In the multi-lectures recording overview one lecture shows the yellow icon "Authorized absence" for all participants - although only for one participant an absence was recorded.

OK: For the one participant with the recorded absence the icon "Authorized absence" is displayed over all morning lectures. For all the other participants the green icon "Present" is displayed.

Absences are correctly displayed in the cockpit.
