Show test results dependent of passed status and date

In assessments it if often the case that students have the right to review their grading for only for a certain period of time. In more complex situation this right is only granted to students that failed the test. 

The goal of this issue is to add options in the test to implement such a behaviour. The default however is as today: no dependency on date or passed
