KPrim question blocks itself

Sometimes a KPrim question blocks itself when constantly changing the answers. Then, all unchecked checkmarks are locked.

Note: This does not refer to the general "lock" that takes effect once one response per line has been given. Although this is also a bit tedious, to first remove a given answer just to choose the other option.
