QTI edior - show and sum expected grading time

The typical grading time that can be defined in the question pool shall be displayed in the test editor for each item.

In the test configuration overview the grading time must be listed for each item and summed up to have the total grading time required for the test. When no item contains manual grading time the column gan be omitted to save space (if possible, not a hard requirement).
