Coaching Tool: Class view for master coaches

In the coaching tool a new tab "Classes" is implemented for master coaches (analog to "Lectures" for coaches). Here a master coach can view and manage (if activated) the notice of absences / dispenses / appeals of their class members.

The different rights of what the master coach can do is defined in the administration.
