When using Adobe Connect via virtual classroom, every user is in the online meeting as participant, regardless whether he/she has the license as host.
Add more options to adapt the workflow to more use cases. In administration > external tools > Adobe Connect:
- Creation of meeting room differed or immediately
- Account ID visible
- Use only one meeting room per course element or group, or not
- Clean up task (will only clean up meeting created by OpenOlat)
- Permanent flag to use a shared meeting room across the cours element or group
- With or without dates
