The course element "manual scoring" shall be extended in a way that the scoring is based on a category rubric rather than being just single a number. The rubric must feature multiple categories, text input fields, layouting and other features.
The rubric can also be used to create a qualitative feedback without scoring at all. If scoring is used, using the existing rules the score can be used with the cut value to automatically pass the course element.
The implementation is done by leveraging the survey infrastructure used also in the quality management, survey course element and the ePortfolio.
