Filtering within Courses->Curriculum "active"

We change the dispayed curriculum under courses/curriculum in the way that we will show only curriculum which contains modules/courses to which i have access as a user, other curriculum are hidden. A new filter button (with the values "active" = default and "all") will be in place to show as well the hidden curriculum by request.
