Display group ID in "Add to group" dialog for better group distinction

When searching a group in the user management dialog "Add to group" it happens to display groups with the same title (and sometimes the same corresponding course). Although the groups are different, this  is not visible to the user at this point.

Adding a column to display the group ID will help to better distinguish between the groups in the dialog.
