Calendar feed and Outlook live

The first step is to apply the same modifications to the calendar feed as for the Outlook Desktop Application if we recognise the User Agent of Outlook Live Bot (which is this one: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0)).

PS: from the outlook live documentation about update: This update can take more than 24 hours, although updates should happen approximately every 3 hours.

PS 2: first subscription of a calendar can take several minutes as I experienced it
