Course element "edubook" eBook store

      Description

      The edubook ebook store should be integrated as a new course element. The integration has the following features: 

      • Editor
        • Enter an edubook book-list reference
      • Runtime
        • Launches of the book-list 
        • Launching of the book-list creates a SSO request to the edubook store based on the LTI standard

      The course element requires a commercial contract with edubase/edubook. The configuration is done in a new module.
