Base infrastructur for Selenium tests for OpenOLAT with Arquillian

The goal is to build a new infrastructure to run the selenium tests based on Selenium 2. The new version make test simpler to write and the turn around to write and test the tests is much shorter. To deploy OpenOLAT to run the tests, we use Arquillian (http://arquillian.org/).
