Improve awareness of review status for end user

For end users when taking a test with manual correction the score is not visible immediately. Instead, a simple text "in review" is displayed. If one is not reading the screen carefully, this might not be seen by the user and it is not very self-explanatory.

The goal is to make this information visually more attractive and add some mouse over help text
