There are still some leftovers from the time where OpenOLAT did send only plain text mails. A special problem are the mails sent to users during
- registration to confirm their email
- forgot password workflow to confirm their email
In those cases, a very long URL is part of the mail text and once in a while we get support tickets because some mail clients do not render the plain text links as clickable links and thus the users copy pastes the URL and does not get the entire line due to line-breaks. This results in invalid mails.
There are two things to do:
1: add some beauty to those mail by applying the same footer and header style as in the mails sent by the info message course element.
2: use a real link for the link in those mails (<a href="pwdurl">pwdurl</a>)
When reading the mail in plain text mode the URL must still be there.
