Better styling at question view concerning "answered"/"not Answered"

The view of that "answered"/"not Answered" indicators in the menu and in the content view of a question is some kind of "overwhelming"...
particularly in the menu on the left, if the title of the question is longer

We made a proposal of a little lighter view just with some :before and font-awsome fa-circle / fa-circle-o (unicode equivalent)

if you want to follow these idea we need some css identifiers for each menu entry to put the :before to... depending on the status
and a span class wrapping the words "answered"/"not answered"...
