QTI 2.1: width of question titles should stay like adapted

in the test the menu can be shown on the left side. if titles are too long, they are shown on two lines. so the menu width can be changed. this change is not saved. as soon as a new question is opened the default is taken again

--> the adapted width should stay within the whole test.

Needs to be tested especially in IE as well
