New Tool to replace Videos within the learning ressources, allready linked with
video course element into a course. When replacing such an video learning
ressource openOLAT will delete the existing transcoded files and replace them
with the new generated ones. We keep the allready generated poster.
The awesome font icon Refresh could be used as the tool icon for the replace functionality.
