Link in rich text editor are relative and point to the wrong target

The links in rich text element are saved as relative urls. Typically, the link to a course take this form ../../RepositoryEntry/26478. The final URL in the browser dependent of the URL of the place where the link is rendered and can take the form of /auth/video/auth/RepositoryEntry/26478
