      Description

      UI fixes and improvements for things we discovered recently:

      • New theme config option $o-coursesite-meta-title-font-size. By default this is set to 36px, previously it was inherited from the jumbotron h1 style which was very, very large (about 63px).
      • Fix alignment of group create button in course creation wizard
