      Description

      When uploading videos, the movie length is added to the metadata. During formatting, the milliseconds are formatted in a hh:mm:ss manner. The way it is right now looks like this:

      leading 0 are removed on all levels + the hh: is completely removed when empty.

      This is odd as one is used to have seconds always beeing displayed using two digits.

      Examples

      00:00:00 -> is formatted to 0:0 => but should be 0:00
      00:00:01 -> is formatted to 0:1 => but should be 0:01
      00:10:01 -> is formatted to 10:1 => but should be 10:01
      01:01:01 -> is formatted to 1:1:1 => but should be 1:01:01
