      Description

Sometimes user misunderstand the meaning of "Close/Beenden" in the course-configuration. They only want to close/beenden the course in terms of
close/beenden the course view and despite the wizard they "close/beenden" the status of the course. Maybe another wording like "deactivate/disable" makes it clearer, that the status of the course will be changed by using this option.

Addendum: Wording should be changed consistently. This includes wording on

      • the infopage (screen deactivated_infopage.png)
      • the notification upon opening a deactivated course (screen deactivated_notification.png)
      • the lifecycle page (screen deactivate_lifecycle.png)
      • the deactivation wizard (screen Deactivate_Wizard.png DE/EN)

see the attached screens for wording / placement. The english wording should be changed accordingly

      close - deactivate
      closed - deactivated
      Close - Deactivate
