Course owner can set a course unintentionally long to assessment mode (and not revert it)

      Description

I used to play with the assessment mode and then I took an arrow in my knee. Try this assessment mode setting:

      • Set a far away start and end date (11/02/2016 10:00 - 11/02/2016 12:00 e.g.)
      • Set the follow-up to 5 minutes
      • Set to manual mode

Now start the assessment mode by hand and stop it afterwards. For all affected users OpenOLAT will remain in assessment mode until 11/02/2016 12:05 (more than half a year). Even the course owner can't stop (it's already stopped, but in the follow-up-mode) or delete (it's still running) the assessment mode. So in the above configuration the assessment mode is running for a long, long time.

I have to admit I don't fully understand how the manual mode is meant (why is there a date setting for the manual mode at all?), but the simplest solution would be to count the follow-up time from the time when the mode is stopped and not the given end date.

      What do you think?
