Change notification, so that one get no notification if changing own stuff

Many users are confused that they receive modifications when they do chances by themself (for example editing a wiki).
Solution: User should only be informed about changes from other persons expectional the modification is a sort of a confirmation (e.g. enrollment into a group, upload of an file within the task, ...).

Should be done when we refactor the entire notification stuff.
