The context help system is outdated. Most of the context help is written in a way that it would better fit into the manual. The goal of this issue is to move the context help from OpenOLAT to the manual. During this process the help pages are completely rewritten to improve the mostly not so helpfull context help content.
On every page only one help button should be visible, not for every form. The help explains how this element in OpenOLAT is used, but does not explain every single form element.
To explain form elements, a new "real" context help is added which is visible directly on the element and displays help only about the specific form element (e.g. using placeholder technology or by using the example field).
