Multiple times the same type of rules in reminders aren't rendered correctly

If the same type of rule is used multiple types, it's possible that the settings aren't rendered correctly. Example: the attempts or passed rule is configured several time, the reminder is saved and if the user chooses the reminder, the rules aren't render with the saved settings but the first one.
