Wiki: once embedded in course, link or file list in edit mode is cut at page end

if a wiki is embedded in a course, the link and file list shown in the edit mode is only as long as the wiki content in the page, leading to cut-off lists in big wikis with lots of articles or attached files. When viewed stand-alone, this behaviour does not occur, and the full lists are displayed.
